چکیده
Many recent articles feature research on the Fusarium tricinctum species complex (FTSC), and their authors present different ideas how isolates of this can be identified at level. In previous studies, our aim was to investigate phylogeny FTSC strains, which researchers have morphologically as avenaceum, arthrosporioides, anguioides. current study, phylogenetic maximum parsimony likelihood analyses DNA sequences translation elongation factor 1-alpha (TEF1) combined TEF1 beta-tubulin (TUB2) supported existence least four main groups among these strains. Main Group I mainly contains F. avenaceum while II two subgroups, one primarily includes arthrosporioides other European anguioides III strains from plants that originated Asia, including are mostly isolated trees, form IV. A fifth group (Main V) only by sequences. The previously found us based TUB2 could connected new FTSC, were addition, we significantly differ Groups I-V, grouped some them single, intermediate, or sister groups. All work, single intermediate may represent subgroups constitute intraspecific variation. Regardless whether they belonged groups, all analysed able enniatins 2-amino-14,16-dimethyloctadecan-3-ol, but did not produce beauvericin.

Multilocus Phylogenetics Show High Intraspecific Variability within Fusarium avenaceum
Fusarium avenaceum is a common soil saprophyte and plant pathogen of a variety of hosts worldwide. This pathogen is often involved in the crown rot and head blight of cereals that affects grain yield and quality. F. avenaceum contaminates grain with enniatins more than any species, and they are often detected at the highest prevalence among fusarial toxins in certain geographic areas. We studie...
متن کاملPhylogeny and genetic diversity of Fusarium graminearum species complex associated with Fusarium head blight of wheat in Moghan plain (Iran)
Thirty-seven isolates of Fusarium graminearum species complexobtained from wheat heads with Fusarium head blight symptoms were selected and used for phylogenetic studies. They were collected from different localities of Moghan plain (Ardebil province, Iran). Partial sequences of translation elongation factor 1-alpha (TEF), putative reductase (RED) and UTP-ammonia ligase (URA) genes were amplifi...

Intraand interspecific variation of the nu clear ribosomal internal transcribed spacers (ITS) of 77 Smittium isolates and related genera was studied using RFLP. Due to the sequence and length varia tion encountered, the ITS is unsuitable for compar ison at the species level within Smittium, as presently delimited. Intraand interspecific variation of 18S rDNA was also analyzed. Cladistic anal...
متن کاملMolecular phylogeny and identification of Fusarium species based on nucleotide sequences
Species of the genus Fusarium are well-researched in many fields, and a commonly problem by researchers interested in Fusarium species is the probable taxonomic system and the identification method of this genus. The traditional taxonomic system for fungi has been proposed based on the mainly morphological species concept, including the genus Fusarium. Recently, many researchers have applied mo...
متن کاملMolecular phylogeny and taxonomy of species of Cousinia section Stenocephalae (Asteraceae) in NE of Iran
In this study, the phylogeny and morphological variation of 6 species of the genus Cousinia sect. Stenocephalae, i.e., C. hypopolia, C. decipiens, C. esfandiarii, C. renominata, C. stahliana and C. daryoushiana, distributed in NE regions of Iran, were investigated. ITS, ETS and rpl32-trnL (UAG) sequences for 12 species (17 specimens) were generated. Phylogenetic interspecies relationships were ...
